orange sky / purple at sunset
sand under my feet
waves crash on the shore, breaking into foam
like a thousand million tears
and all at once i'm thinking...
thinking of you
all the cool times we shared
the first day you told me you cared

as the waves crash on the sea
like a thousand million tears
thrown up in the sky
doing my crying for me,
crying for you and i
all at once i feel the roar
feel the passion that
brought us together
tore us a-part
thousand million tear drops
rainbow across the sky
where are you? i wonder now...
where am i?

staring at a sunset
purple dark orange sky
beautiful / yet reminding me of
you i of you of YOU and i.

1000 million teardrops
raining down from the sky,
i remember,
i won't forget
